Little Caesars Pizza - Glenview

One of the worst little Caesars I've ever been. Short staff, never open, rude staff, long wait, wrong pizza ready on the app.

Pizza itself wasn't bad. But it wasn't Hot N Ready. Make sure to order in advance or you will wait forever. Even if you do, you'll probably wait a while.

Tried ordering online, but apparently they have the app turned off or something. Tried calling, and no one answered the phone. Was on hold for over 20 minutes. Decided to stop by the store and when I got there they were actual employees there and they weren?t busy doing anything. Definitely not answering the phone. Customer service was nonexistent. If there was a closer option, I would definitely choose that.

I called about 5 minutes before driving by this location after dropping off groceries to a friend. I ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni I arrived and paid in cash, then was able to happily use the hand sanitizer left for customers on their counter! Also managed to request the gentleman to not cut my pizza as it left the oven, wow what a difference pizza was excellent after the drive home! Great value and great customer service at this location better than a few months ago. Thanks Caesars!

All employees are on the back, have only one conversation while all people are waiting for their orders. The worst place. No organization.
