Primo Hoagies - Glenside

They were amazing for us. We gave hardly 24 hours notice, but they came for our party with delicious food and friendly service. I will use them all the time for my functions and I am a widow with 4 children, so I am picky!

I like Primos, but Everytime I call they don't have lettuce wraps, I can't eat gluten, so primo lettuce wraps are usually a great option. This location, I've tried to order it at least 10 times, I'm in the area a lot, and they never have it. They usually just say they shredded all the lettuce that day. So today I asked why they don't have them ever, super nice guy, but he said they just don't want to order them. They should change the menu to show there are no wraps here. The quality of meats and cheeses is usually good though, if you order extras, sometimes they don't put them on either.

These hoagie are NOT your typical hoagie. First the rolls are custom-made delicious the Italian meats are freshest and the guys behind the counters are the nicest, Ever!

(Food was good service was just under good) Not sure if they were having a bad day if the employees were new but it wasn't the optimal experience the young man at the register was obviously new he didn't know didn't know how to operate it another lady came in they were unable to give a refund for something that they messed up also we were waiting for 15 minutes almost to get our food I'm not gonna rate them 5 stars or one star but everyone deserves a second chance the sandwich was good though. please no boiler plate response

I never ate from here, had to pick up an order for either Uber or Doordash) but the place was extremely clean and the people were super friendly. I'm lying, i did eat their rice pudding which was really good, a tad bit too much cinnamon for me but still a 9/10) but i never had a hoagie from there. Cleanliness: 15/10, Friendliness: 15/10, Wait time: 10/10
