Taco Bueno - Glenpool

The only reason this restaurant receives such a high rating is because the food was good. My companion and I, the only other patrons inside, waited over 30 minutes for our orders. Meanwhile, several customers from the drive-thru complained about missing items from their orders. Both our orders were also incorrect or incomplete. Additionally, the employees in the kitchen were constantly shouting at each other, which created a chaotic atmosphere. Overall, the customer service was quite poor.

BEWARE! I have tried giving this restaurant multiple chances over the years, but they consistently disappoint. My orders are rarely correct, and the drive-thru line is always incredibly slow; expect to wait 30 minutes just to place your order. Tonight was yet another frustrating experience, and I have decided I won't be returning. I recommend being cautious and choosing a different place to eat, as this establishment constantly misses the mark.

This has to be the best Bueno in Tulsa! The new management has really changed my perception of your restaurant. Last summer, I had a bad experience with the food, service, and cleanliness at three of your locations. However, I decided to give this place another chance for my granddaughter’s sake, and I'm now a big fan of Bueno! Thank you for the great experience!

I went in and ignored 5-10 minutes. I understand people are busy, but there were only 2 cars in the car thru. The man who took my order was rude and there were only two clean tables throughout the dining area. I worked fast food, it sucks, but that's not an excuse to be rude.

Stopped by after work for a bite. The cashier lady was super nice! The food was also nice. I went to the restroom to use it and wanted to wash my hands. There was no soap in the men 's room. I asked the lady and she asked the manager. He said, oh, there isn 't any . We won 't have any till tomorrow . I said, oh really? Then how do the kitchen staff wash their hands? He said, we have some back here. I said, well you should put some on the restroom so people can wash their hands. He refused. So I asked for some in a cup because my hands were filthy. I told him he could just send someone to the Dollar General. He said, nope, customers will have to wait . Personally, I think this manager should be fired on the spot. Disgusting.
