フィードバックを提供するOne of my favorite dishes when available is the twice-fried Pompano—it was such an amazing experience, I’d order it again without hesitation. I never thought I'd eat a fish head, but it surprisingly tastes like bacon! The baked salmon roll is divine, and it’s served without rice. The fresh soft-shell crab is a must-try; I could eat it by the bucketful. I used to think I hated squid, but that was before trying this dish, which features garlic shoots that my friend mistakenly thought were string beans for the longest time—hilarious! It’s paired with enoki mushrooms, garlic, and shrimp. The Tiger Eye is a warm dish filled with fish that’s encased in squid, another exquisite treat. I was encouraged to try an oyster once—definitely not my thing. I struggled with it the last time I tried! Thankfully, they offer a vegetarian oyster, so now I can skip the other ones. The unfiltered sake reminds me of spun horchata; it’s quite unique. One hidden gem that isn’t on the menu or special board is the seafood salad. Don’t overlook it! It features tuna, salmon, and other raw fish, along with crab and shrimp on a bed of salad, carrots, and avocado, drizzled with a wonderful dressing. Prices are very reasonable, so I find myself stopping by regularly—perhaps a little too regularly!
