The salmon collar is my favorite menu item comes with salad and dressing. Absolutely delicious. Be ready to wait a bit, they are short employees, but worth it. While waiting for your service, you will notice all repeat customers who know Fey with name. The menu is extensive, so you should find something for everyone in your party. Very recommended that Sushi Catcher become part of your sushi goals.
I was craving ramen and discovered this place on Google Maps. I decided to check it out, and it turned out to be the highlight of my day (9/13/21). I ordered the garlic tonkotsu shoyu with some extra spices, and I was not disappointed. However, the standout dish of my meal was the red snapper nigiri—it was incredibly flavorful and delicious. The salmon belly was good, but not as impressive. I felt really full, yet I couldn't help but contemplate ordering more sushi. Unfortunately, my time was running out, so I ultimately decided against it.
Well, Sushi Catcher truly did not disappoint! It’s a real gem! The Sushi Burrito was our first roll, and it was amazing, just like the next two rolls we ordered. Everything was fresh and delicious. The waitress turned out to be the owner, who also handled the bartending and cooking, and she did a fantastic job! A local customer chatted with us and mentioned that this was his favorite sushi spot, and he visits almost every week. Don’t judge a book by its cover. If you’re in the mood for large sushi rolls, definitely give this place a try! Just remember, it may not be the most beautiful restaurant, but the food is excellent!
The sushi at this restaurant is outstanding! Faye, the owner, is fantastic—she provides excellent service and is incredibly creative with her sushi creations. We asked her to surprise us with her favorite rolls, and she exceeded our expectations; everything was delicious! I highly recommend trying the sushi bug!
The Chimichanga roll is my favorite. The owner knows us when we visit. She is always polite to us. The only con is she takes quite a bit of time to prepare the rolls. She always has Gyza's ready for our toddler daughter first to keep her occupied lol My favorite sushi spot in the Valley!
