Taco Bell - Glendale

Worst coffee Ive ever had, they brewed the same grounds twice.

Had every item I ordered, even the sauces, AND all the items were hit and fresh not soggy or anything

The food was good overall, but my experience would have been much better if I had received my entire order. I didn’t get the Island Blue Raspberry Freeze, so I can’t comment on it.

First of all, I would like a refund. You charged me $20.68, but the driver picked up the wrong order from Taco Bell. When he arrived, he realized it was incorrect. The driver then went back to Taco Bell and, out of his own pocket, ordered what he thought I wanted. However, I checked the receipt and saw that my original order was only $12, which included one soda. Instead, I received a different box with two sodas for the $20.68 charge. It's clear that there was a mix-up with the order, and I would like my money back.

I always end up waiting about 30 minutes just to have my order taken. It seems like the drive-thru is their main priority. I wish they would pay more attention to the people waiting inside. I've had to remind them multiple times to take my order, and this has happened on several occasions.
