フィードバックを提供するThis Subway #12355-0 in Glendale has horrible customer restroom rules. I needed to use the restroom really bad before I order my food. They told me I had to purchase a meal first because the restroom code will be in my receipt. So I had to order a quick meal I didnt want just to use the restroom. They said its the owners rule. Shame on you owner! You order a meal just to use the restroom too see how it feels. This Subway is worst than all the Circle K 's. This place has alot of bad reviews. Horrible owners and they treat their own staff bad. Im NEVER coming back here...
Jason is indifferent to making sandwiches. He's so good, I give him total control to make my food or to make it as he wants. If I sit in this store and wait until he calls me to pick him up. Every sandwich is a masterpiece and its creativity surprises me. I have to have the same sandwich twice! Great place to eat!
Jason is the only reason I come to this subway. He is extremely talented, very friendly, takes care of his customers and makes sandwiches to die! I recommend it to everyone!
During our visits, the bread has often been burnt, and when I pointed it out, I was told, "Sorry, someone burnt it yesterday." The sandwiches are consistently soggy, and it seems like they skimp on the meat unless you specifically call them out on it. They also don't accept coupons, which I find questionable. The owner of this Subway should seriously reconsider their partnership with Heidi, the current franchise owner. The manager here is connected to her as well, and honestly, I found Heidi to be incredibly rude. The employees appear to be poorly trained, which makes sandwich preparation slow since they’re constantly referring to the instructions posted on the wall. I've even heard multiple employees express how terrible and mean their manager is, which clearly contributes to the negative atmosphere. I had hoped this location would improve since it’s convenient for me, but I’ve reached my limit. From now on, I’ll be heading to the Subway at Peoria and 43rd. Honestly, I hope this place goes out of business eventually. After reading all the reviews, it's obvious that they have no desire to change anything for the better.
The restaurant was unclean, and there were six people waiting in line with only one very slow employee working. No one greeted us when we came in. I decided to leave and went to another restaurant nearby. It’s close to my house, but I will never return there.
