Jack In The Box - Glendale

Kudos to the chef today! I visited in the morning and ordered some tiny tacos for myself and an SD jack for someone else. I tried the SD jack, and it was amazing! They said it was their favorite sandwich and they hadn't had it in years! Keep the chef on board! Thank you for the fantastic meal!

I immediately asked to speak with the manager. A young man came out, and when I expressed my concerns, he simply told me, "If you don't like it, eat somewhere else." I was stunned by his lack of professionalism. I requested the name and contact information of his supervisor, but he refused to provide it. He wasn’t wearing a uniform or a name tag. The other staff members seemed anxious and ignored my attempts to get help. After this unpleasant interaction with the "manager," who clearly didn’t care, I left the restaurant feeling frustrated. I reached out to the company's office, but the only response I received was a generic inquiry asking if my issue had been resolved to my satisfaction. I promptly sent them emails to state that it had not, yet I heard nothing back. The Jack in the Box in Glendale is absolutely unacceptable, and I will never return. Update: I contacted the owner the same day, but I still haven't received a response from Jack in the Box despite sending two emails. It’s clear they don’t care!

This is not a 24 hour jack in the box, so why is the website not updated or on signs?Also I went to get tiny tacos that's all a worker at this hour did not know how to run register how is that possible? I believe staff should have knowledge of the whole restaurant to avoid this situation,especially when drive thru claims to be open 24 hrs.I think more staff is needed and more training as well!

Fantastic customer service in the drive through. Even a thank you after they handed me my order. It was nice to have please, yes and thank you as part of a conversation. Great Job!!!
