フィードバックを提供するI asked the front desk at the Hampton Inn Suites 6630 N. 95th Avenue for an excellent pizza joint and they recommended GUS's PIZZA and I am glad they did, the Barros Pizza (multiple locations) would not deliver and was pretty rude.I ordered a medium garbage pan or supreme pizza and some hot wings. I was told that it would be over an hour. My order was delivered within 45 minutes. The overall Service I rank at 5 . The wings were the Best and the Pizza Excellent. Thank you and All Your Staff for a Great Dinner!
Placed an order for delivery (GH). The driver contacted me to inform me that they had been at this location for 15mins already waiting on my order to be complete. I then proceeded to call the restaurant to receive a status update on it. Whoever answered the phone told me the driver had just left and that it was on it's way all without asking me any leading questions (when I already knew it wasn't on its way). The call resulted with them hanging up on me and my order ended up being delayed. My concern is not that my food was late, but the quality of customer service your employees obtain.
Worst food ever......Ordered fried mushrooms and they literally cut tiny pieces of mushroom fried it with a whole bunch of breading taste disgusting. Bone in wings were ordered we rec'd boneless and they stunk......sauce was terrible and cut up pieces of chicken fried.......I would never eat here again or recommend them for anything!! Big FAT ZERO Had to give 1 star just to post but they aren't worth nothing!
The worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. Super dirty for one but the staff is extremely rude. I couldn’t even believe my eyes and ears. I wish I could leave no stars. As soon as I walked in I heard the cook in the back telling an old man “ don’t just stand around and wait in the lobby, go sit down!” then when my husband was talking to another customer about the terrible service, the black guy told him “hey don’t talk to our customers” and proceeded to disrespect and argue before telling him he needed to leave. So unreal. I hope nobody else gets treated like this when they go here. As for us it’s a never again!!!!
I'm literally so annoyed it's not a joke! The other night I ordered food from here off Uber eats. I ordered 2 orders of mozzarella sticks and one order of stuffed jalapenos when my food got here I received none of that but instead they sent me fried mushrooms fried zucchini and pickles! I tried to call the store! 1st time no one answered! the 2nd and 3rd time they kept instantly denying my phone call! they knew they had messed up my order! On top of it all to get a refund I had to contact Uber support just to be told I'm not eligible for a refund even tho I have picture proof my order was wrong! This was a completely horrible experience and I will never order from here again! Very very unprofessional! Please people take your money somewhere else this place doesn't deserve it!
