Burger King - Glendale

LUPITA MANAGER IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE REFUSED ME A WATER CUP BECAUSE I DIDNT SAY PLEASE. WHEN I HAD ALREADY SAID CAN I HAVE A WATER CUP . SHE PROFILED ME AND ASSUMED I WAS A KID AND SHE CAN TELL ME WHAT TO SAY. SHE THEN THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE NUMBER TO CORPORATE AND LIES AND SAID SHE WAS THE OWNER .What happened to the customer is always right ! This place needs to be shut down .
