Food was great service was excellent Chef did a great job for us where to
A hidden local gem. We had the scallops and the steak and both were great. Salads were ok. We’ll definitely be back
Valor in Glencoe is a real jewel on the northern shore. The menu is tight, which means it is just a few options, but everyone is exquisite. I ordered a rye cocktail that was very good, but my wife ordered a strawberry infusion that was excellent. (Note that the cocktail menu online is not served in the restaurant. We ordered the Nana's Meatballs appetizer, who was the best meatballs I've tried for a long time. My wife had the scallops while I had the lambcuffs with a mint cutney. It's great. To dessert we tried the cheese cake that was solid. The service was a little confused as they had just changed their process so that servers also overcrowded tables. This led to us being ignored for some time periods. But our waiter was gracious and helped create an overall very positive experience. We're coming back!
