Outback Steakhouse - GLEN MILLS

I had dinner with an employee after a long day at our work that recently got on fire. We were exhausted after we cleaned up all day. Christina was our server and Alyssa was our bartender. Both did so much to make our day better without knowing that we needed a pick-me-up. Alyssa made wonderful cocktails and Christina took care of our needs. Tom, the owner stopped at our table to chat. We let us feel relaxed and had a great night here!

Nothing but the side salad was correct. My girlfriend order her steak medium and it came out extra well. Order my cheeseburger medium and it came out well done. Ordered a cheeseburger to go medium, came out well done with no cheese and no fries. We literally sat there for 30 minutes not eating before we got check. It was 5 pm and not busy as all so don't know what the problem was, but definitely could use some more training. We stayed at the hotel right next door and figured we come give y'all a try, not again. Most importantly,there was no sweet tea at all to offer.

Two Fridays ago, my husband was looking for what he called: A Real Meal . I am a vegan so I rarely cook meat. He then said How about Outback? Sure I said. (I can understand why) We ordered making sure his steak was not at the cooking level he wanted (We knew we would heat it up once it got home) so when we did heat it it was PERFECTLY COOKED!!! All the sides and everything else was PERFECT, too. When I pulled up to the restaurant, someone came out immediately. I didn 't even wait 5 minutes for them to return with our food. The person was extremely courteous, and everything was GREAT!! Before I knew it, I was on my way home with a Real Meal my husband was waiting for. It did not disappoint him one bit. As I mentioned above, everything was Perfect and I can still hear my husband 's voice saying This so soooo good . Thank you everyone for all that you do. It is greatly appreciated and I would recommend this location to everyone who is looking for a great and satisfying meal. Thanks again.

Landed at this place after attempting three other restaurants in the area (two were serving buffet only and one was closed) and was pleasantly surprised. Not too busy, the food was tasty, arriving quickly and piping hot (as I feel it should). Our Server, Z was friendly-outgoing in a pleasant, not overly solicitous or grating manner-helpful and efficient. Overall a positive experience.

I love Outback and yesterday's visit did not disappoint!! We had a short wait and were sitted in a cute booth for two. Our waiter was awesome! Super attentive and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our dinner. The food was tasty...The bloomin onion is my fave along with the garden salad with the mustard vinaigrette dressing. And I know the pic of my 6 oz steak may not look too appealing but it was very well seasoned and super tender. I left feeling very happy!
