フィードバックを提供するI really enjoy this place. The food quantity and taste has gone down from a few years back, but that?s not the locations fault. The staff here is wonderful and very pleasant. They always make sure to cater to your needs and go above and beyond.
Ever since the company decided to place orders through call centers out of States rather than directly through the location the service is gone completely down. I have been coming here for years and now they have incompetent staff with a manager that has 0solutions for the problems with the call center. All you get is an apology which doesn't fix anything nor make the situation inany way better. 2.4 miles on the phone, driving from one location to the store, only to have the manager tell me I could placethe order online (while driving). Too much drama for a quick food place, that turned out to be anything but efficient andquick. Update: as of November 26th (last time I'll ever come here), employee working over lettuce without a mask. Customersallowed in without masks as well.
I'm very glad to know this restaurant. The place is clean. The foods are tasteful. I love the taste. The service is excellent. I highly recommend this place.
Went for my vegetarian granddaughter. Food is good. The only thing I always think after eating is, I would like the noodles cooked just a little bit more. I don't like mine that firm.
Before COVID, I really enjoyed this restaurant. However, my experience has changed since the pandemic. It seems that the restaurant is now primarily focused on delivery and takeout, and if you choose to dine in, you still feel like a takeout customer. Your food arrives in a paper bag with plastic utensils, rather than on plates or in bowls like it used to be. I'm unlikely to return to this location anytime soon.
