They set the NASCAR Cup race, which was good, but they had to cook the steak twice because it was undercooked. Place definitely needs more employees with only about 4 employees. But everything in all solid business and was about $31 in all
This is low grade food. Everything tasted so funny to the point we didn?t finish lunch. Sirloin steak was high blood pressure salty and the baked potato was barely warm. Didn?t even melt the butter. My daughter had the chicken sandwich. Dissatisfied at how they got it so dry but somehow amazed all in the same. The rolls are the worst. Outback?s bread is better and I don?t even like that bread.
Had the steak and chicken tenders. I'm not sure how it was managed but the food had no taste at all. This is not the time to serve steaks so tough that they are almost rubber. Not sure why it was so tough and gristley for a sirloin. Sweet service and the rolls were great. I'm just not doing food that bad when the lunch menu is gone and I'm paying for a full dinner entree.
The food was excellent. Loved the personal touch of the manager stopping by our table to chat. He wanted in on the fun as well. Our server was awesome! He was on point with everything.
Enjoyed steak and fall off the bone baby ribs. Not busy so food came quickly. Broccoli was fresh and not mushy, 6 oz steak cooked as requested. My server, Mariam, was so good and cheerful and helpful. I will definitely return. My only other experience with O'Charley's was in Lynchburg near the airport. I like Outback for the consistency of their great steaks. Now I can add O'Charley's to my list too. Thank you.
