My burger was cold the cheese was not melted and the bun was stale The fries were soggy and mushy and chicken was cold and chewy

How hard is it to take an order for two meals? the girl who took our order could simply not get it right (and never). then they gave me a cup that was absolutely covered with soda, and there was what I can only assume that he was on the floor of someone else.

I almost never leave reviews, especially on chain places because I assume most people know what to expect. But when I went to this Checkers I got a pretty standard chicken sandwich and when I take a bite theres a bone inside of it which is now in my mouth. This type of quality check is lazy and unacceptable I’ve tried contacting the store but their number listed online and on the receipt apparently doesn’t exist and the company support line has done nothing, even sending an email to complaint line is worthless it just goes to show they really don’t care; literally just go to the Wendy's down the road anything is better then this.

I was very disappointed with my food 1st let me start by they changed my French fries to a ShopRite brand option of french fries … I go to checkers mainly for the French Fries I didn’t want shop rite fries I want checker fries …that’s like going to KFC expecting KFC chicken and getting a Crown Fried chicken … you can’t go and change fries if checkers is well known for they season fries recipe then to top that disappointment …as I was eating into my chicken sandwich the chicken wasn’t even cooked ….it was so nasty Now I have a really bad stomachache … never again will I go to this checkers I was so disappointed I always loved checkers until today

Horrible, asked for chille fries got plain. Son got chicken tenders, no sauce. I was supposed to have lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup and mustard. I received a burger with just ketchup and 1 pickle on it the size of a Nicole. NEVER AGAIN Oh and the guy at window was miserable!
