Would come back here in a heartbeat, great food, good selection of drinks, great atmosphere and when I went I wasn't paying, fab. Not sure about pricing structure as can't remember but I think drinks were fair, so assume food is too. Will be back in due course to find out!

Butterfly and the pig had a very quaint feel about it. The combination of large portions and mismatched plates made the experience feel like a Sunday dinner at my grandmothers house, only with a much better menu. The black pudding and quail egg starter was served on a mountain of leafy salad and topped with bacon pieces and dressing. The restaurant Butterfly and the Pig had a cozy and familiar atmosphere. The generous portions and mismatched plates gave it the feeling of a Sunday dinner at my grandmother's house, but with a much more impressive menu. The black pudding and quail egg starter was beautifully presented on a bed of mixed greens, topped with speck pieces and dressing. It was delicious and the portion size was more than enough. The fish cake was a unique dish, served with breadcrumbs and a baked egg on top. It was incredibly tasty, setting a new standard for fish cakes in my book. I also tried the special chicken main course, which was equally delicious, especially paired with the generous serving of tomato mash. Unfortunately, I didn't have time for dessert on this visit, but I will definitely be back to try it next time!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this restaurant; the room is super cool, well designed, and very interesting. I tried the fish and chips and it was the best I've had in Glasgow. The fish was fresh and the batter stayed beautifully crispy. The chips were fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The menu was also fun and exciting.
