Taco Bell - Glasgow

The food was good the only downside was they were out of a lot of items but I guess that's the new norm

This is definitely my fav place although i was alittle upset last time i visited i ordered the new chipotle chicken chalupas and recieved beef ones instead. I am not a big beef eater so i was alittle upset that they didnt listen when i said chicken but other than that love the food staff is awesome kind and work fast.

Absolutely the worst taco bell I've ever been with. I waited for my order so long, I asked how much longer I've been standing there for 30 minutes. they told me, "I had to wait because I was driving-thru" and put other front orders in front of me. I asked once again, and they have my intentions with me, and they said they had no idea what I'm talking about. I contacted the manager and she refused to talk about it, and told me I was rude. I was as nice as I could be, and they refused to give help. I have been connected to the taco bell hotline to report and will complain more for the higher management for the disregard I have received. Backline workers did not use gloves and touching salat with their bare hands without washing them, and I have seen that this happens several times. they come to the front line and touch cash and register and then their unwashed hands on food. it was bad and will not come back.

Tacos I got today were literally fat. it was so much it went out of the wrap and poured all the front of my hot and jeans, which was strange because there was very little flesh on the tacos. well under normal portions of meat. the sierra mixed drink tasted just like the plastic cup in which he was. No one could eat of it so that it was thrown directly out of the window. no worries, we didn't throw the wrappers or kick out because we didn't have worms, but we went to eat. We were in a hurry so we couldn't go back and be hungry. someone has to enter and do something because, as it stands now, this taco bell must be closed. they don't waste their money here or risk getting sick. worst tacos I've ever had.

The staff of taco bell were very friendly and I received my order in time. the lobby was clean and the toilets were very well maintained.
