"I've had a frustrating experience at this Sonic for my last four visits, as my orders have consistently been incorrect. I understand mistakes can happen when ordering through a kiosk in the stalls, but I placed my order online myself, and they still managed to get it wrong. On my most recent visit, I decided to try the stall kiosk; however, after pressing the button to place my order, no one picked up. I waited for at least 5 or 6 minutes before the system timed out without ever being able to place my order, so I left and went to Hardee's instead. This is by far the worst experience I've had in Glasgow! I waited more than 40 minutes for a drink I ordered online. This has happened every time I've visited this location. It's about time corporate stepped in and made some changes or even shut it down completely.
