Papa Johns Pizza - Glasgow

Made an online order for 3 Papaias and one was a Philly cheese and it had not steak and was all onion called and the girl who answered the phone said they would send another one out i said ok and can you plz go easy on the onion I was hung up on. Very unprofessional and disappointed

Really good pizza. we didn't have papa long. When I asked about parmesan, you should say that they have no parmesan. I was confused as the menu it has. here too, no sardels are worn. so my little pizza was so easy. but all agreed, it tasted good. the epic filled crust was enjoyed by all mammals.

I ordered a paprika epic stubs crusty pizza online well when I came home, it had only pfefferoni in the crust, but when I looked online and ordered, the pizza pfefferoni had in the stubble crust and as a jump on the pizza. I called to speak a person about it and they said that it did not come with pfeffersalat and that I must add it online I told them this was misleading and the worker told me that they didn't know why the company told me I had what I ordered, then hanged on me. I feel as if I was lied and disregarded and no one wants to do anything to fix this problem if it does not come with pfeffersalat, why it shows online that it has pfefferoni about it. this must be addressed as I am not a happy customer

YOU HAVE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER!! ? My family I have eaten here many times over the last several years; however it seems they're having problems with being able to keep decent help. The last few times I've been there these are some of the things that have happened: 1) My order was processed incorrectly, my pizza didn't have the ordered ingredients.2) I was trying to get a receipt for my purchase but I had to talk to 3 different people to get my receipt. The cashier was LOOPY DITSY unable to follow even the simplest instructions resulting in my having to talk to 2 others to get my receipt.3) FINALLY got my receipt but it had the WRONG NAME WASN'T EVEN MY ORDER!! ? REALLY GLAD I CHECKED IT BEFORE WALKING OUT THE DOOR.4) Even when ordering ahead 20-25 minutes resulted in me having to stand wait to receive my food.5) They've tried to charge me for ingredients that WERE NOT on my pizza but had been ordered to be included on my pizza. Folks, this seems to be an almost epidemic problem nowadays; however I've noticed OTHER RESTAURANTS I've been to have risen to the occasion still provide EXCELLENT SERVICE.UNFORTUNATELY Papa Johns IS NOT one of them.
