The fried chicken tenders are truly some of the best I have ever had, the sweet potato casserole was phenomenal, and the coconut pie was heavenly. It is worth the drive from Louisville, and while you are in the area you can visit one of the local sightseeing caves just a few minutes away. We highly recommend it and look forward to going back soon!
We were greeted like locals, even though it was obvious we were not from town. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They shared their breakfast specials with us. My son, who is extremely picky, enjoyed "the best pancakes he has ever had, while my husband, son and I enjoyed omlettes made to our liking. The kitchen staff even brought over some delicious breaded chicken for us to try, as they were prepping for the lunch crowd. This will definitely be on my list of places to stop back should we ever get that way again. Thank you for a great dining experience.
The people were very friendly and made me feel appreciated, plus I had pork chops and they were the biggest best tasting that I can remember ever having. Also I'm a big eater, and had to ask for a to go box because I couldn't eat all the food they gave me. On a scale 1 to 10, it's a solid 11!Food: 5/5
This is hands down the best breakfast/lunch diner in town. Best food. Best service. I literally can’t say one bad thing about this place, except they need a bigger parking lot and actual diner because they’re usually always busy. But hey I guess that’s the good type of problem to have. Definitely check them out if you haven’t!!
The people there were very nice and they made great food. The chicken was spectacular along with the pancakes, omelets, and more.
