Papercup Coffee Company - Glasgow

I had a lovely brunch at this restaurant. The coffee was excellent, and the vegan katsu burger was delightful. The staff were particularly friendly and accommodating. We’re excited for our next visit! (Updated from the previous review on August 18, 2021)

Great coffee! It's the best I've had outside of Rome! The beans are roasted to perfection—there's no bitter aftertaste, just a smooth flavor and a beautiful finish. I also discovered they have another location near the city center.

The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, and the staff was friendly. However, the espresso was a bit too bitter for our liking, though each coffee drink featured a different type of bean. Additionally, the fresh mince pie could have had a stronger flavor.

Probably makes the best coffee (except perhaps roast artisan) in the west end. has a small menu, but the product that they produce on the three electric cooktops they have is phenomenal! it makes melbourne style breakfast amazing. some small complaining would be the lack of space in the inner and as it is very popular, they could wait for a seat.

Loved the place, one of my favorite spots. I will not say anything about setting up the staff at this visit (as I don't want to say bad thing, as the overall experience was good), the guy behind the coffee machine is great, though and knows what he does. the cortado was one of the best I had in glassgow. perfect texture. the coffee beans they used were of great need and the milk to coffee content was just at point. we had the porridge, this court was a surprise and surpassed our expectations with the creative choice of toppings. interesting combination of ingredients, textures and flavors. (photos don't make it just) the avocado toast was an explosion. not the standard and boring avo toast, it was distinctive, tasteful and delicious. we wanted to order the baked/baked eggs. unfortunately it had mixed chorizo. would appreciate an option without chorizo.
