The Laughing Place Bakery - Gladstone

Adorable autonomous gluten-free bakery in the heart of downtown Gladstone. Located just east of Summit Grill and west of the Gladstone Pool / community center in a Tan brick building with a black awning shared with Stone Canyon Pizza. There are two places right in front of the park and they are parallel, so parking can be a little difficult if there is a busy time of the day due to the summit, barbecue, parking space and business only parking, so be careful that you can see where you park. However, the walk will not be long, It is not terrible wheelchair-friendly. The store is whipped with open ceilings, an open and visible kitchen, smooth soft jazz through the speakers, and scattering tables with people working or reading quietly. They do not have a very robust selection of bread, or even a large part of a sparing selection. Here, too, everything is gluten-free and there are many options for cupcakes, cookies and other sweets.

It’s good!! I went around 9am and those fresh batch of cookies just came out of the oven. Even ones at the countertop were soft and chewy. Personally it was a lil too sweet for me. Wish it was just a little less sweet.

Family owned, cozy bakery (all gluten free) with coffee, lattes, teas and local vendors (honey and eggs). Try a Birthday Cake Latte and warm cinnamon roll. Every item in the bakery case looks delightful!

We used Laughing Place to cater our wedding cupcakes and the experience and taste was wonderful! All of our guests were so happy with the desserts and Anisa was absolutely wonderful. She was so quick with responses and very thorough and clear withall of our options for flavors and prices. Would definitely recommend Anisa to all friends and family.

The baked goods are good but the service is bad! The employees don't seem to care and they have no customer service skills. I had ordered some scones and when I went to pick them up the person who handed me my goods had his hands soaking wet and it was gross! Didn't bother to dry them and got the box wet. It was gross. Lol :p
