Hey big bearded man working the drive thru. I know fast food jobs suck, but you applied here so why don’t you put a smile on your face and be polite instead of making it known you hate your life and job and want to punch every customer in the face. You are rude. Ignorant. And don’t care how you respond to people. Again, we are customers and you are the employee. If I’m being respectful I expect it in return. The demeanor of this whole place is just cringe.

The manger Ashley is very rude wouldn't allow my son to pick up our food in lobby and he had my phone to show the on line order. Said kids ain't allowed to pick up door dash. So even after I went in to clarify it's not door dash she still refused to send my kid with the food. So I went back in and she tried to keep my food and not give it some sweet kids have me my food.

We haven't done fast food in a long time, but this wasn't bad. It sure has gotten expensive though. We had coupon so it helpedKid-friendliness: This is a given
