For a Vietnamese place in kansas city I would recommend broken rice. the variety of Viet food can order it is really good here. taste, I would be a 4.

This is a trendy restaurant with delicious pho and banh mi sandwiches. they have other options on the menu, but these are my two go-to. the service is great.
