Yoko Sushi - Gisborne

The staff is friendly, and there's a great variety of options on the menu. The restaurant is exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere is fantastic. You can’t help but smile when you visit. One of the highlights is the staff singing loudly while they prepare sushi, which adds to the fun. It’s truly a place for the people, with a welcoming vibe and no pretentiousness. It’s no surprise that there are often lines out the door in the summer!

Upon entering, you're welcomed warmly by nearly the entire staff at the counter. The food is delicious, and there's ample space to enjoy your meal.

The sushi here is consistently delicious! The service is wonderful, and I appreciate the wide variety of options available. I was especially thrilled to see sashimi on the menu!

Awesome katsu curry. Very good value and often sell out as so popular. Great facilities and staff.

We had lunch here 3 out of the 7 days in Gisborne. To feed our family of four, we paid between $30 $40 and everyone is full and satisfied. The food is fresh, tasty, and if you're lucky you can dine in or outside there's some tables. We enjoyed the food here and the service is great, vaccine passports checked.
