Customer service was not good! they weren't kind at all and went away while you were still talking to them. We stayed at the hotel on weekends but would recommend to order from one of the restaurants in the city or stay at the breakfast place below. Also no big menu we had a large group. So we ordered over half the menu and nobody liked anything other than the French Pommes.

We had the prawns, salmon blt, and aurora burger. First off, don’t order the prawns unless you want to look at your food in the eye. For what you get, the food is pretty overpriced. Neither sandwich was all that good compared to other offerings in anchorage.

The bar has a great atmosphere, little pricy. The food is really good our bartender Jason was awsome

I love the vibe here, but her spicy chicken sandwich was like eating sand. Dry and crumbling bread, the chicken was dry and had no spicy sauce, was not spicy at all. 10 out of 10 would rather have Wendy's spicy chicken.
