Kfc - Gillette

Never had much of an issue here while the service is satisfactory the food has been consistent as well. I've only used driver thru though.

Was told to pull forward. Only ordered 2 large mash potatoes. We waited for about an hour in which the same person kept coming and asking us if we ordered the chicken or something. We kept saying NO, we only ordered 2 large mash potatoes. Finally they got it right but waiting an hour was ridiculous and kept being asked by the same person if we ordered something we didn 't after we told her what we ordered was annoying. They should have just gave it to us for free. On top of this, at the drive thru order speaker they tried to deter us from ordering by saying they were out of chicken and that they couldn 't serve us before we even said what we wanted.

To start with they didn't have any extra crispy chicken,the fries were cold,and 4 of the 6 ppl that ate there were sick w/ what appeared to be food poisoning... won't eat at this KFC ever again..

I went to the drive through. I ordered a 8 PC meal.expecting to get potatoes ect.also I asked for a (1) side of macaroni and cheese. All I got was chicken and 2 macaroni and cheese. Not very happy...

Last week I ordered four to five of their deluxe chicken sandwiches which are absolutely incredible quite delicious... I think there some of the best on the market. Fast forward a week later this Friday I ordered one and WTF it went up 37 cents in "barely one week "that 's ridiculous....... if this is KFC 's way of adding value, For their loyal customers..... and expecting them to KEEP coming back
