Fiesta Tequila Mexican Resturant

This was an outstanding Mexican restaurant! The bacon wrapped jalapenos were delicious. Chips are hot and fresh, the salsa and bean dip were great. Birria tacos were scrumptioulecent! Enchiladas rancheras were fantastic. Great bar and atmosphere was really well done. Staff were friendly and always eager to take care of you. If you haven't eaten here yet, you need to! Went there yesterday to use a bogo coupon we received. We were very disappointed especially since the reviews were so good. Our beef burrito was served cold. Had to be reheated. I'm forming my path that travels through states. I knew I'd love Wyoming, so I had to go back to Seattle. I was looking for several places for Mexican/Spanish food, as it is a favorite of me, like me from Florida and there is not much of it in Seattle, Wa. Came about Fiesta Tequilla in Gillette and it looked fantastic! I wasn't disappointed! The drinks were great and the veggie enchiladas I had were fresh and well plated!! I'm definitely back on my next trip to South Dakota. Thank you! Ps, The staff was very friendly and professional! A
