フィードバックを提供するCustomer service was terrible. Girl on speaker was rude since she couldnt hear me through their busted speakers. Also asked very specifically before ordering if they had the minibrands toys with the kids meals, the girl said yes we do, they come with the wacky pack When we recieved the order the kids meals had straws as the toy, i asked the other girl why and she said we ran out of those toys weeks ago My kid was looking forward to those, next time maybe not lie?
I never leave reviews but this is the worst sonic ever, waited forever for a mobile order that was just 2 drinks, and i walked over to the building to see if they were short staffed or they forgot. But they were all standing around inside talking while there were half a dozen people waiting to order. nobody exited the store to serve anyone their food for at least 15 minutes. when they finally brought over the 2 drinks, they were wrong. I?m assuming there is an issue with paying attention and definitely need a new manager. Thanks for coming to my ted talk
Waited in the stall for 20 minutes. Finally got out to see what was happening, saw a sign on the window that said if you needed help to push the red button again so I returned to my car and pushed the button. Waited another 5 minutes with no response. After waiting close to 30 minutes they finally brought out our shake, slush, and ice cream cone (this was not a large or difficult order). My shake was melted.
Had to wait 30 minutes after order on the App. Had to ring the stall button after 30 minutes sitting there as my order was supposedly being prepared. When I received the food it was ice cold! Terrible! There were only a couple other cars at the sonic, so it wasn't due to being busy? Really disappointed!
ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT BEHAVIOR!!!!!! The Staff here have no respect or regard for the customers or the food here, always slack off, never bring food thats either on time or that is actually correct. Save your time and money and stay far away from this place as possible
