Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Gilbert

I called in a 2 plate and 1 appetizer order. I get there pretty early so it wasn’t ready. But I ended up waiting 50 minutes, and it turns out it was sitting on the counter for who knows for how long. Food’s good though so I’ll be back lol

Picked up a client from there and it was clean and great atmosphere. Client loves their food.

I went into Ono and this tall white lady with tattoos and black hair and she didn’t take my order for 3 mins and she was sitting down on her phone. When she finally took my order she was being rude and belidgerent. Food was pretty good though. Would not come again though. Congratulations you lost a customer.

Went here a couple days ago the food was okay but the lady at the front jasmine made this an overall negative experience with her rude attitude and her way of speaking, would not go!!

Stop here if you want to wait for 10 minutes for someone to take your order at 6pm and then have that followed up by a completely frustrating experience. They refused to substitute the rice and veggies for all macaroni when we ordered in-store even though you can mobile order it that way. We had to order in-store so we could use the coupon for a free chicken mini meal with the purchase of a plate but told us we could only have the BBQ chicken with the coupon, not the teriyaki chicken we went there for. Then we got the food, and it was missing things. You couldn 't pay me to come back here.
