Dunkin' - Gilbert

This was one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts experiences I've had. There were four employees working at the drive-thru and one at the counter, yet it still took six minutes to get my coffee.

This restaurant had ongoing issues with the staff, who seemed reluctant to do anything beyond serving ice cream. The service was poor when we ordered food, and we noticed that they were often out of basics like bagels and croissants. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Dunkin' Donuts, you really disappointed me today. For the first time, I stopped on my way to another city, and I was shocked to find that there were literally no donuts available—none at all! There were only two muffins left to choose from. How can a place called Dunkin' Donuts not have any donuts? That wasn't even the worst part; the staff member at the counter seemed completely unaware of what they had. I had to go through the entire list of donut flavors before realizing they were all out. Then, when she mentioned muffins, she couldn't even tell me what was available, and I had to settle for just the two I ordered. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least.

Dreadfully burned hard and cold smells terrible because it is burned and no straws for the drinks. how to drink ice cream in a straw! 54 dollar eat 4 what? they won't answer. why they couldn't just give it back. scham on dünkin donuts

I used to work at this Dunkin in 2019 and we barely had problems. Over the years this has become THE WORST DUNKIN. Everything is always wrong especially the last 6 months or so! I ordered a small hot chocolate for my son and in return they gave me a scalding hot coffee. I also ordered 4 wake up wraps and they were all smooshed into one bag. They told me at 8AM THEY DIDNT HAVE DONUTS??? DO NOT GO HERE
