フィードバックを提供するDuring my visit, the standout employee at the restaurant was the new girl wearing an orange headband. When we arrived, there were two people at the counter chatting with a male employee with a ponytail. Despite noticing the line forming, the ponytail employee continued the conversation and didn't acknowledge the waiting customers. Another male employee in shorts also saw the line but went on break. Meanwhile, my two pizzas and two others were left waiting on the rack to go into the oven while the ponytail employee focused on other tasks. It was thanks to the friendly attitude of the girl with the orange headband that my husband and I stayed and didn't leave the restaurant.
The service at this restaurant has significantly declined. Inattentive servers are indifferent to a long line of customers waiting to place their orders. I waited 18 minutes in line as a slow server took his time to process each order. In the past, MOD was known for their energetic and efficient service in getting orders right and completed quickly.
We ordered seven pizzas, but unfortunately, most of them had very few toppings. The prices were extremely high and we feel it was not worth it. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
The last two times I have been, they completely skimp on toppings. My pizza had 6 slices of pepperoni what?!?! This was not a mini pie either. They didn't put the sauce anywhere close to the edge of the pizza. They left like 2 inches of dry gluten free crust with no sauce or toppings around the entire pizza. They also have changed the gluten free crust at some point in time and what they have now is terrible. Thin, dry and tasted stale.I will not be going back for a long time.
Maybe if the workers got off there phones last no enough to cook a pizza it would not be burnt and horrible. Used to love me this place done with it.
