Burke Manor Inn Pavilion - GIBSONVILLE

The food was among the best I've ever had. For our entrees, we ordered lamb chops, sea bass, and petite fillets prepared in a style similar to beef Wellington. As appetizers, we enjoyed escargot and French onion soup, both of which were wonderfully prepared and absolutely delicious. As part of our overnight experience, we were treated to a full breakfast that included fresh coffee, juice, a ham and cheese omelet with fresh fruit, bacon, creamy cheese and garlic grits, and toast. If you find yourself in the Gibsonville area, just outside of Greensboro, and are looking for a cozy and romantic getaway paired with some of the finest cuisine, you must give this place a try. I wholeheartedly rate it five stars. Thank you again, Lori and Lil, for the unforgettable memories! I also want to extend my appreciation to the entire team at Burke Manor Inn. Our two servers were knowledgeable and professional, providing excellent service. Oh, and by the way, the restaurant has a perfect rating of 100!

We had lunch at St. Jacques, and the food was fantastic. I ordered the Croque Madame, which came with a small side salad, and the most delightful cup of Onion Gratinee soup. I was so full there was no way I could fit in dessert, but if I could have, I would have definitely chosen the bread pudding. Our server was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about the menu and specials. St. Jacques has quickly become one of my top favorite restaurants.

I am the great-granddaughter of PT JW Burke. Lil and Lori consistently surpass expectations with each visit. The Burkes would be incredibly proud of how their family home has transformed. Thank you for another outstanding dining experience!

My wife and I have traveled to the Burke Manor several times (it's about an hour from our home), usually for dinner and a celebration, typically a birthday or our anniversary, and twice adding a night in one of the beautiful B&B rooms. This week personal business took us to nearby Burlington and we took advantage to visit Lil and Lori for lunch; we were very happy we did. As usual the food was excellent and the service from David was impeccable.

The Inn and the Restaurant provided one of the best experiences we have ever had. The food and the attention to detail are absolutely exceptional, the wait staff is very knowledgeable and personable, and the wine list is perfect for the cuisine. We can't wait to visit again.
