Once Upon A Chocolate - GIBSONVILLE

Last minute ordered for a company event to add a special note to it and was helped by a friendly woman on the phone. Although the request was quite short, Debbie could let it happen. She sent it overnight for me, fortunately a day earlier than the planned event since FedEx decided to delay the delivery. Debbie came to FedEx and I know that Call helped us get the chocolates in time for the event. They only arrived two hours before I needed them, but they arrived. And they made the difference. First-class service and great communication. I know this is a digital world, but there is something to say for the personal attention I received and the results it produces. I can't thank you enough Debbie and continue to do the great things you do.

I just received my order, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Debbie was incredibly helpful when I placed my order for these treats as party favors. Everything was packed with great care, and nothing was melted or damaged during transit (from NC to GA). I will definitely order again without hesitation.

Debbie is so kind and knowledgeable about her products. We came in needing a hostess gift and Debbie knew exactly what to suggest within our price range and what we described we wanted.
