Had a wonderful Xmas eve experience.. had to ask for the boom boom music to be turned off but staff understood and we're great. Food was amazing we had a lovely afternoon

Food was very good service was horrible. I was the only person on the deck had to ask for a second beer when that was done no one came around for 15 minutes finally came cleared my plate waited another 10 minutes finally got up to get my check the girls just don't care

A disappointing experience from a loyal customer. Working for a company based in ocean village we've been offered a discount on all purchases. I never asked for the promised discount, until last night i did. The waitress was extremely rude and declined on the grounds that I don't have a company card. We do not have company cards and never have. We normally get recognised by the green neck bands that we wear, but she didn't accept this as a form of identification. So it seems that this promise of a discount is just a scam. It's not about the money, it's a matter of principle. Don't cheat your customers, because they pay your salaries!

Overpriced and disappointing. Popped down to the bridge for a drink after work on a Saturday night. £9 for a double vodka (if you could call it that, I could buy a bottle for that amount in Gibraltar) and £4.50 for a white wine. Slow service without a smile. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re a Gibraltar local like myself or a tourist. L

Believe it or not I'm not one to moan or crtiice but Sorry to say the food was so poor had to be sent back. It was terrible. We were a table of 6 and ruined our night. The setting was awesome but that's the only thing that was. If you want more info I will gladly provide GH.
