Absolutely dreadful customer service! I placed an online order and waited an hour without receiving my food. When I called the restaurant to check the status, I ended up in a 10-minute argument with a woman who insisted that there was no order placed. I tried explaining that I had the confirmation email and that the money had already been deducted from my account. The waitress essentially told me there was nothing they could do and that my order wouldn’t be fulfilled or refunded, advising me to call back in an hour to speak to Sam—before abruptly hanging up. I placed my order at 11:40 AM and by 1:15 PM, there was still no resolution. Frustrated, I drove to the restaurant with my confirmation email and banking app in hand, demanding a refund.
