Julie's House - Ghent

Excellent brunch, in this small well decorated bakery. A rich and tasty meal. Always a little difficult when we only speak French, but the welcome was warm and all the efforts were made to make one understand each other. Service a little long on the end, but it was perfectly understanding given the affluence.

We took a taste that place in this very pleasant pastry. Pastry is very good, homemade, and good drinks too. Attention, we can only pay by credit card.

Bakery, tea room and brunch. Located in the center of Ghent, right next to the castle of the Counts of Flanders. They do brunch (what Flemish calls breakfast) only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Salted sweet breakfasts more than copied. Alternatively, you can be satisfied with the excellent teas, coffees, fruit juice and pastries of the house, in a cozy setting (prefer the floor) and with impeccable service.

The two options that were vegan: A lemon pie and an almond pie, they were very good!

Delicious vegan lemon sauce cupcake with vegan cream cheese. and they serve soy, heel and mandel milk for a delicious chai latte or a cappuccino. in winter they also serve a red and cupcake. updated by previous review on 2022-03-27
