Crab Hole - Ghātāl

The Crab Hole is the on-site restaurant at Sandy Bay. The atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful, with efficient service. The food is of high quality, particularly appealing to fans of Bengali cuisine. If you wish to order a dish with special ingredients, it's best to inform the staff ahead of time as the market is a bit far. Seafood such as prawns and pomfret, as well as chicken, are regularly available. The prices are reasonable without sacrificing quality. The restaurant can also serve alcohol upon request. The dine-in option closes at 10 pm, but room service is available later.

Very Good food. Service was also good. The men serving suggested good foods for our menu. The ambience was also very good.

Name is Crab hole but no crab to eat only vegetarian restaurant.The food service is too slow with no taste.

To be honest and clear, nothing to dislike from my part. They were ready to serve the food as we preferred even sometimes which were not in menu. Chingri malai curry and pompret soursey were the best from Crab Hole. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The Sea foods are just awesome and mouth watering, a bit pricey though you love it. Ask for days special item and indulge in some drinks with it. Evening snacks are good too, with veg / non-veg items are prepared, some tangy veg pakoras or paneer items or you can have spicy prawns pakora, chicken tikka, pakora, fried chicken wings or something that suits you with the menu... A choice of Drinks whether its Hard or Soft you can have from the Crab Hole.... Good One...
