Great customer service! Food was delicious and kids loved their different flavors of ice cream! The shrimp basket was awesome!

They need to get older people there working with the young ones because you have all young ones and they are not doing there jobs I go mostly on Saturdays but think I'm not going back the girl at the counter dropped someone's ice-cream on the counterand picked it back up and told the guy here he said I want one that didn't fall on the counter , I left then not sure if he gota new one or not , one time I watched the boy in the back pick up a hamburger roll he dropped on the floor and reused it , itwasn't my order or I would have said no way , but now I watch all the time when they make my food and one kid goes out sideall the time to meet friends and let's the people wait , the place is a hot mess the owner needs to wake up and clean thatplace up and get rid of those kids and get better help

I ordered a #5 with just cheese and ketchup. After a long wait, I finally received my food, but it was missing both the cheese and ketchup. When I went to the counter to ask for a replacement, they told me they could give me a single slice of cheese, and that the ketchup was out on the condiments station.

The food and ice cream at Dairy Queen make it a complete dining destination.

I always have a great experience at this Dairy Queen. The service is excellent, and the food is delicious!
