フィードバックを提供するThere are definitely some positives about this restaurant. However, it appears that the pandemic has had a significant impact on their business. They only offered 6-8 items for the buffet, which was disappointing and inconsistent. What also puzzled me was the high price they charged for the meal. Other Indian/Pakistani restaurants in the area offer 10-15 items for the buffet at a lower cost. This place left me feeling disappointed.
I had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the staff made me feel welcome. I accidentally left my doggy bag behind when I left in a hurry, but my server actually came out and called me to let me know. It made for a memorable breakfast!
I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. It is the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life, and I frequent many restaurants. Everything had a foul smell that was unbearable, making it difficult to even consider eating the food. I had to roll down the windows in my car because the smell had filled it completely. Despite being hungry, I struggled to force myself to eat the food as every bite was repulsive. Not only did it smell bad, but it also tasted awful. I purchased four different items from the menu and all were of poor quality. I understand this review may come off as harsh, but as a paying customer, I expect high quality food which was not delivered. I hope the restaurant can address these issues and improve the cooking.
Rude ppl does not disturb the order before the time because they never deliver, they will wait 30 minutes minimum, no matter what they order and we do not talk about a 50-order will never recommend
Typically good service but online delivery order tonight was missing the jasmine rice that usually comes with the butter chicken. Called and they told me they would add it for my next order because they didn't have a delivery driver. I said I would just come pick it up (obviously negating the delivery fee I paid). Got there and the guy (who clearly couldn't be bothered and honestly seemed completely high) at the register gave me my rice. Checked it on my way back the car and it was brown rice, so I went back and asked if I could get the jasmine rice. He acted like he had no idea what that was then asked if I meant the white rice. I said yes and he said they ran out. Apparently he couldn't have told me that when I called five minutes earlier. So, not a great night for customer service and recommend they find someone slightly more engaged in their job to man the desk.
