Bgr Burgers Grilled Right - Germantown

Liked a year ago, and now every experience is overwhelming. The rolls are cheap and boring... Sometimes soggy... The Pattie is sometimes burnt... I can't place it completely, but the place has lost this special something. It's like I pay $12 for this moderate burger? Probably because these guys have no competition here, so no reason to keep standards.

Friendly staff, good food. Never been inside a BGR to order(always ordered ahead on apps) so the menu was weird to me. I thought they had 'signature ' burgers. It appeared to just be build-your-own. As of July 2022, there 's still no dine in. There is outdoor seating

Sorry, but if you name your business burgers grilled right then you should hire (or train) people that know how to cook meat properly. I paid $25 for a single patty cheese burger, tater tots and a shake. Ordered it med-well, and I got a burnt on the outside, raw and cold on the inside. Also, maybe tell the cook not to use the same white dish rag to wipe his fingers on, then the front of the grill, then the cutting board that he sets t

Pricey but loads of burger options for a great healthy or unhealthy dining or take-out experience. I prefer the turkey burger with a fried egg, avocado, bacon, no cheese and asparagus as my side. Retro decor for a nice indoor and outdoor dining experience. However, it would be great to have TVs for big sporting events.

Today's visit wasn't great. They started by not having bacon. Half of thr burgers on the menu have bacon. They didn't create a sign or notification. They were also out of eggs, tops to the ketchup containers, and some soda. They just joking told you when you asked for something. The staff was friendly. Totally fun and young. However, with that, they weren't completely attentive to detail. My fries were over cooked as well as the tenders. They had to be reminded of the complete order. Our wait time was decent. Lastly, the menu spells the word double incorrectly. Corporate should not be okay with their mistakes on printed materials.
