La Chimenea - Germantown

Visited this establishment on October 26 with a friend as we would always go every Wednesday and sometimes twice a week. When we got there the bartender told us the Miller lite was out and it would be a few minutes. 5 minutes went by and I asked herwhat was going on. Then 10 minutes went by, I told a guy that was just standing around talking to fellow employees that theMiller lite was out. He said that they were taking care of it. 20 Minutes go by and I offer to help that employee to train andshow him how to tap a keg. He assures me that they are ?taking care of it.? After 40 minutes go by and our food arrived Iasked who the manager was and that I want to talk to the owner. He showed me the female manager and I told her that we werewaiting over 40 minutes for a beverage. She talked to the bartender and got her to finally tap it. Only a 50 minute wait toget a beer. I told the ?manager? that you do not punish your customers because the bartender did not know how to tap a keg. She ignored me and did not respond. I will never go back and be sure to tell others of this terrible customer service. The guythat was standing around later told us the bartender did not know how to tap a keg. I told him that you all need to work as ateam and help each other out, that they were acting very unprofessional. I contacted Tony the manager about the situation thenext day, after the conversation it was clear that he did not know how to handle such a matter.

The food was good, but strangely bland for Mexican cuisine. Seldom do I need to salt or overly sauce with hot sauce at the table like I did here. The margaritas were excellent!

It's a Saturday night, the place is packed. My husband and I got a table right away, our waitress was friendly and quick. We got our food less than 10 minutes after ordering, and it's good food. The whole staff was running around helping out with drinks andeverything, nobody was just standing around.

My mom I enjoyed a late lunch. The food we had was excellent but I forgot to take a picture of our meals. Their guacamole was DELICIOUS. We needed more info on one item from the menu and asked our server gal but she never came back with an answerfor us....sometimes I wish I was bilingual because then I could be understood. Love the atmosphere and the little touches withpaint on the tables and chairs. Always pay with CASH because they add fees for using credit.

Very fast service and very friendly! Also the birria tacos are amazing I don't know where else to get them around here and they were fantastic and very affordable!
