フィードバックを提供するOwner was not very friendly if I wanted to replace the cotton sweets of my sohn frozen yogurt to another taste. it tasted pampered (we had it before.) she looked upset and the cashiers tried to load me when I got the strawberry flavor. she said this is the way it should taste, so they wanted to invite me for the exchange. I had the strawberry and pistachios. pistachio also tasted pampered (we had it before,) but I did not eat it this time or complained about her attitude. it is not the first time that they or employees are unfriendly when I have a question. once, when I had a question about the remaining balance of my gift card, she was rude and said there was no possibility to know the balance. I have worked in customer service for a long time and try to be patient and understanding, but I do not come back and recommend orange leaf no more. even if they give them the spoons, they take part in the mouth that is not very hygienic.
The flavors seemed off, as though the ingredients had spoiled. The blueberries were moldy, and when I pointed this out, the staff member tried to dismiss it, claiming it was just the innards of the blueberry, even after I showed her the bright white mold. The strawberries were overripe and mushy. She suggested I get a new cup, but at that point, I had lost all trust in the cleanliness and food preparation of this establishment, especially considering her dismissive attitude about the issue. I also struggled to get her attention to request a refund. Two inedible cups costing nearly $17 feels like a scam. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Love it here! My kids love Frozen Yogurt and it's a lot cheaper than sweet frog for all 3 of them. They have a happy hour from 12 2 Monday Thursday which is 15% off. Friendly staff and clean environment.
My fiancée and I dined here for the first time and it was amazing. The customer service was exceptional, and we can't wait to return. The food was delicious!
