Bojangles - Georgetown

When the team is on their game, the food is fantastic! Today, my meal was exceptional! There are times when the food can taste stale or the biscuits might be thin and flat. However, it seems that the A team was working today, and everyone was doing a great job!

I love the place and could and have ate there daily. The fixins are excellent and chicken is great. Problem is they never get the order right. They ALWAYS leave something out, ALWAYS. Today they had no legs, no slaw. If the food wasn't great, I'd nevergo back

They had no cups other than small, then at the window they told us they ran outta chicken at 3:40 PM, then gave us the wrong order, then we said we just take what u have, so we had to pull toward for 30 mins! Overall it was a GREAT experience lookingforward to wasting my time and money again!

Delicious! We absolutely love BoJangles and always make a stop there whenever we travel south. Without a doubt, this was the best service we’ve ever received. Both the Frankfurt location and this one are fantastic! The restaurant wasn’t busy, and all the staff interacted with us, which made for a wonderful experience. The food was great, and the music added an extra layer of enjoyment! The table set up for fallen comrades was a powerful tribute to the ownership. You all are amazing! God Bless America!

Now, about the food: the chicken strips were decent, though a bit overcooked. The biscuits, however, were spot on. The mashed potatoes? Well, they were underwhelming at best—cold and lacking flavor. As for the staff, they were decent overall. They had run out of Boberry Biscuits, and the one I ended up with was so hard that I had to soak it in coffee to eat it—think of hardtack bread. They were also out of regular chicken, but I understand that it was lunchtime. The staff did apologize for the shortages, so I appreciate that. The location was great, and the building was clean—definitely a plus. So, the big question: would I return or try another location? Yes, I would.
