Deers Leap Winery - Geneva

Wine is excellent. There was 29. August, the band wanted to accept no wishes that was disappointing. Had a good time anyway, the atmosphere is very welcoming.

Love this wine all, do all my friends. The winery is not really busy or crowded, which is really nice. The foods are not great. But the wine is the best!!!

We visited on a Friday night and were treated to live music, which was a delightful bonus. However, my only complaint about the experience is that the outside of the winery needs better lighting, both for the building and the parking lot. There should also be illuminated signage at both parking lot entrances featuring the winery's name. If I hadn't checked Google Maps prior to our visit and seen that there were different entrances, we might have missed it altogether at night. We drove past it initially, and I had to insist we go to the poorly lit entrance to find it. Upon reaching the parking lot, we found there was very little outdoor lighting, making the winery appear closed. The dark parking lot felt a bit unsafe, but we eventually made our way to the dimly lit terrace entrance and enjoyed the rest of our visit. On our way back, we took the Rt. 534 side, where I noticed there was a sign with an electronic component, but again, there were no lights indicating the winery's name, making it hard to find at night. I truly enjoy the food and wine here and will definitely return on future trips, but I urge you to improve the lighting so that people can find you more easily and feel secure in your parking area.

Fantastic restaurant! We all had a wonderful experience. Morgan was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even laughing at our corny jokes. The wines were delightful. We originally planned to buy just one cannoli, but it looked so enticing that all three of us ended up getting one. It was chocolate-dipped with a delightful cream topping. We can't wait to enjoy the fenced terrace during the summer!

While the decor may feel a bit old-fashioned and you won't find any views of rolling vineyards, their fruit wines are outstanding, and the food is quite tasty, especially considering the price. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. If you're after a romantic ambiance, this might not be the right spot. However, if you want excellent wine, good food, and quality service, this place is worth a visit.
