Leega Korean Bbq - Geelong

Was here visiting geelong, quite good place to go! it was packed and alive, and the service was great. our order came less than 10 minutes order regardless of how busy it was. to order, they need to do it by app, they need to pay for a price every time they order. the eating itself was probably 3.5/5, considering that I am from melbourne and I have tried a lot kbbq, but I think this place is great for a first timer. give this place 5/5 pure for the service we received when we went.

Been over a year since I was last here and noticed an interesting change. Orders are placed by scanning a QR code found at the table and payment is required including a suggested tip, by card when the order is placed. Don't know what you have to do if you intend to pay by cash. On the positive side, the food is still excellent and the service prompt. Highly recommended.

First time there and was a little confusing. Once explained it was very nice. Meat was very tender. Very flavoursome. Need more room on the tables and could use a second pair of tongs. Is a little expensive so be ready for that. Would recommend

It was just ok as it's almost the only Korean bbq in Geelong. If you never tried Korean food, yes, I could possibly recommend you to go as the beginner of stepping into Korean food. If you are thr expert about Korean food, it's not highly recommendable as it's too sugary instead of various flavor.

Not the ideal experience. First time customer. Staff directed me straight to QR code to order and pay. I asked for help with process and it quickly became clear the communication might be a challenge. Called staff over prior to confirming order asking for recommendation of a meal that could help me try different flavours.. small portions of a few dishes. Again it felt the message was not received too clearly. I was told that wasn't available. So I ordered what looked like some samples and received an order for 2 people! Definately lost in translation here. Flavours where good but way too much food for 1. $65 price tag. *Updated from 2 to 3 stars as the food was ok. App ordering is necessary and a great tool but more communication please!
