GWSC is just as knowledgeable about coffee as it is about bagels, and it excels at both. My favorite choice? The Cuban; serving pulled pork before noon. The staff at GWSC may give off a hipster vibe with their tattooed fist logo, but don't be fooled by their cool appearance - they excel at both coffee and service.
