Marks And Spencer Cafe - Gedling

My friends and I visited this restaurant for a late lunch on a weekend, but were disappointed to find only two staff members working and a long line. We were upset to learn that they had run out of jacket potatoes and one of the soups we wanted. I ended up ordering a toastie, while my friend ordered a different soup and my other friend chose a sandwich. We all ordered coffee, but it took a while to be served. When we finally found a table, it was dirty with leftover dishes and food. After cleaning it ourselves, we waited for my friend's soup to arrive, which came after we had already finished eating. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially considering it was an M&S restaurant with higher prices.
