Golden Phoenix - Gedling

We will not be returning to this place again we was made to feel very uncomfortable ,It seemed like the staff were watching everything we picked and put on our plates. At the end of the evening when we received our bill , we were sorting the bill between us and a member of staff just stood there watching us , with a face like thunder just staring at us.! No thank you or anything.. The only tip I would like to give her is to put a smile on her face.!

Went in for a takeaway paid for my box and went to fill it up. While filling it up I had a member of staff following me around watching everything I was putting in it making me feel very uncomfortable. She then came up to me and told me to fill it up quick and go. This made me very upset as I was just taking my time looking at all the different things deciding what to get. Rushing me to go even tho I’ve already paid for my food? Will not be coming here again. !!!!!

Pre Christmas family get together. Great friendly service. Lots of food options lovely and fresh. Even our two young children loved the food specially the ice cream.

Always have great food, a variety of drinks and welcoming staff. We have enjoyed every meal here and will definitely be returning!

We have been loads of times and different times and days always good food and a good choice of food I even travelled from Nottingham to Chesterfield to pick up family to then travel back to Nottingham as we feel it's got to be the best buffet eat as much as you want in the Midlands would highly recommend
