Fries and poutine sauce were cold.Pricing is not okay:

New howners. They kept the same menu and staff.great people friendly. Food was excellent for a take out. Very fast to be served. Place was clean. All in all i give them a bit thumbs up.

Go here so my partner gets her fill of Quebecois poutine any time we go to the Ottawa region. Seem to only go in the winter and it resembles everything Quebecois which is a good thing. It's homey, friendly and authentic.

Best poutines, best chicken burgers and best service in the area. Lovely people and great food, really couldn't ask for more.

I ordered the steak poutine, but instead received chopped-up burger, which is definitely not the same as steak. The gravy and cheese curds were decent, but the dish could have been served hotter, and the cheese didn't melt properly. They do have chairs and tables outside in a somewhat enclosed area. On the plus side, the prices are quite reasonable.
